Need to return an item?

If an item that you ordered is misprinted, damaged, defective or the item is not the same as you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1

Send and email to and explain the problem, include your full name and order number. If possible, include a photo of what is wrong.

Step 2

When/if support tells you to return the item, send it to the following address.

Step 3

In the return package, include a copy of your invoice or a note with the following information:

1. Your full name or the full name of the person who placed the order

2. Your email address

3. Your phone number, including country code

4. Your shipping address

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Today we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

We encourage you to go over your order extra well on check out as well as checking out the size guide for the item. Please be aware that we offer several different styles of similar items and the size chart might vary between items. Therefore check the size chart for every item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.




Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
